My name is Zoë Birch-Balfour. I am very excited to offer private swimming lessons from the comfort of my backyard pool. Swimming has always been a significant part of my life, and I’m passionate about sharing this joy with others.

I have a comprehensive background in swimming, having spent two years as a goalie on the provincial water polo team. I am also certified in first aid and have completed my instructor's course, ensuring that safety and effective teaching methods are always a priority.

In addition to my swimming experience, I have worked as a ski instructor, which has provided me with valuable experience in teaching and connecting with children. I love working with kids and helping them learn new skills in a fun and supportive environment.

Currently, I am a university student, and I am excited to share my love for swimming by offering private lessons during the summer months while I am home. My backyard pool provides an ideal setting for personalized instruction, allowing each swimmer to learn and progress at their own pace.

At "Just Keep Swimming II" my goal is to foster confidence, improve technique, and instill a lifelong love for swimming. Join me for a summer of growth, achievement, and plenty of splashes. Let’s dive in together and make every stroke count!

Located in Aurora Ontario, just west of Yonge Street on Golf Links Drive. Just Keep Swimming II is located in a vibrant community, easily accessible to families seeking quality swim instruction. We've designated a comfortable shaded spectator area where parents can relax and watch their children's progress in the pool.

Our pool is saltwater. Saltwater swimming pools utilize dissolved salt in the water to produce chlorine. This process occurs through electrolysis in the salt cell or generator, which breaks down sodium chloride (NaCl) in the water. The pool's chlorine levels are regularly maintained at expected levels on a daily basis.

IMPORTANT INFO:

• Lessons WILL run July 1st and Aug 5
  
• Sessions are 8 x 30 min lessons (2 weeks)
  
• Lessons are Monday-Thursday
  
• We offer Swim for Life certificates
  
• Fridays are reserved for thunderstorm make-up lessons
  
• It is not necessary but highly recommended to book 2 weeks in a row to see the most progress
  

PRICING:

Private Lessons: $250 for 8 classes

Semi Private: $180 per swimmer, for 8 classes

TO BOOK ONLINE:

• Choose your time for the first week (Lessons 1-4): Select your preferred time for your lessons for your first week. That same time will be reserved for the rest of the week (Monday to Thursday)
  

• Choose your time for the Second Week (Lessons 5-8): You need to book a second week of lessons. Again, select the time you prefer, and it will be applied to the rest of that week (Monday to Thursday). While it is highly recommended to choose the second week right after the first week, you can select a different week later in the summer.
  

PAYMENT:

Full payment is required within 72 hours of receiving the confirmation email. If payment is not received, we will

have to release the time slot to another family. In order to eliminate any need for cash contact, we request

payment by e-transfer to justkeepswimmingaurora@gmail.com.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 weeks before the beginning of your lessons or a cancellation fee of ​$50 will be charged. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson will not be eligible for a refund.

REFUNDS:

There will be no refunds for missed lessons. Fridays are reserved for thunderstorm make-up lessons. We do not cancel classes ​due to cool temperatures.

The safety of my students is my top priority. They will always be within reach, and they will only be ​challenged according to their current swimming level.

The pool will be regulated to ensure appropriate chemical and temperature levels.

Proper cleaning standards will be followed to ensure a clean swimming environment.
